Spring is awesome with great weather and beautiful flowers
...but maybe that's not the case if you have hay fever (allergic rhinitis) ๐Ÿคง

It's unavoidable since the pollen is in the air and here are some natural cures for hay fever if you are suffering from the allergy:

1. Steam Inhalation: lean over a boiling bowl of water. Put a few drops of any of the essential oils: lavender, grapefruit or mint. Inhale the steam.

2. Ginger tea: Mis 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 2-3 pieces of cloves, half a stick of cinnamon with one cup of water. Boil the ingredients for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and drink. You can also add lemon and honey.

3. Inhaling essential oils: mix lavender, grapefruit and mint oil on a roller ball and apply on your temples from time to time.

4. Salt water gargling: A saltwater gargle 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt dissolved in an 8-ounce glass of warm water — can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat.
